Welcome to the 2020 Caledonia Chaos Tryout Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Tryouts will take place at the Caledonia Chaos Facility located at:

9210 Cherry Valley Caledonia Mi 49316

The field and facility are behind the buildings located on the Southeast corner of M37 and 92nd St.

Tryouts for the following age groups will be as follows:

(The age that your daughter is on December 31, 2019, will decide what age group she needs to tryout for.) Ex. If your daughter’s birthday is 11/1/2006 which makes her 13 years old on 12/31/19, she will tryout for the 14u age division.

Tuesday, August 6, 2019:

10u & 12u: 6:00- 7:30pm

14u & 16u: 7:30 - 9:00pm

Wednesday, August 7, 2019:

10u & 12u: 6:00- 7:30pm

14u & 16u: 7:30 - 9:00pm

18u: By appointment only. Please contact Tami directly for appointment.

Teams will be finalized by Friday, August 9th.
